I can't believe in a little over a month we will be at training camp getting ready to go to Africa! There's a lot that I still need to get done and money that still needs to be raised but I know it will all come together:) As far as my support raising goes, right now I have about 60% in my account and another 20% in monthly pledges, so I'm almost there but I still need to raise about $2,000 to reach my goal of $10,000. Thank you so much to all of my supporters- ya'll have been so encouraging. Your prayers and financial contributions have humbled me. God is showing His faithfulness every day and I'm continually reminded that I'm NOT in control. I'm doing a little fundraiser that's just fun and simple and allows a lot of my college friends to get involved without having to spend a ton of money. I'm collecting dimes! I have a 2-liter bottle that I'm collecting them in and I emailed a huge group of people and I'm going to pick them up at Wittenberg (where I just graduated from) next week. I figured that it would add up quickly once I started rolling them and cashing them in. Anyways, I hope that goes well! I'm praying for all of my teammates as we all raise support and prepare for Africa:)
